Person (P): What is Stepping up
Me :What do you think about stepping up
P: To me it means going with your knowing that there is something greater.
Me: What do you do when know that?
P: Depends .. sometimes I ignore it , sometimes I go with it
Me: What makes you do that
P: You mean what makes me ignore it ?
Me: Yes
P: Well , I don't know why I want to ignore it ...perhaps it seems too good to be true that's why
Me: Anything else
P: Might be some assumptions too that I make .. like I may be wrong or if may not work etc
Me: This is not stepping up, it's all the places where you find others right and you are wrong You are not stepping up.When you allow others to use you as doormat you are not stepping up.
Stepping up is when you choose your own-self, where you are confident on your own self. When you completely confident with your self, you walk with courage & determination. You head is high full of empathy, heart filled of self love. You don't want to hide anywhere from anyone.
For Me stepping up is when I am willing to take risks. It's about having the courage to do something new and know that it is going to work. When I don't create a backup plan because I don't have any. Its a time when others won't themselves yet I will choose me No matter what I will go ahead. I know when I do this I won't fail because success and failures are judgements like right and wrong I will create a space for me and when I create for me Everyone can hope in, it's a invitation for everyone to join for the joy-land if they want to No force not trying to convince anyone not trying to influence anyone

My Life is going great, Why Should I Step Up ?
Your Life is going Great, don't step up, because if you do it will become large. It is like I can afford a Ferrari but If buy Ferrari people will look up-to me so I would be happy driving a Maruti 800, at least no one is looking at me.
Stepping up is contagious because when you step up everyone else around you will start growing but we don't want it.

Who should step up?
Everyone, Everyone has to standup. Stepping up is a quality of leaders and I believe at any stage of life you are leading someone or the other. So if you are leading, or you are leader you will have to step up no other choice.
